These are 100% Reproduction steel helmets made in the USA in Ord Nebraska! No more trashing grandpa's original doughboy out in the field or lending that mint condition collectible to the local school when they do the three paragraph chapter on the Great War and need a prop! These helmets and the Collector Grade liners that come with them are manufactured right here in our shop and are now available for sale.

This is our premier American Doughboy helmet with a Collector Grade liner and chinstrap. The shell is stamped steel with a separate rolled rim, sand finish and brass bails. The liner is our new Collector Grade m17 American liner. This liner has the original 1910 SAE Milspec Wool Top Pad and Wool Crown along with our "user friendly" Oilcloth sweat band. No tar, no mess on your head and won't cause some lab rat in California to come down with cancer! This is as close as you can get to the real deal without a time machine. Made with our usual high quality netting and veg tanned leather bumper ring and chinstrap. All in all this helmet is the perfect reproduction both to fill out a collection or take to the field and use.
